We have been involved with the retention and enlargement of the much loved Billy Winters since 2015.

 

Phase 1 of the expansion was completed in 2017.

 

Phase 2 has been delayed for planning reasons, and an amended application has been submitted with the hope for works to commence early 2019.

A surf cultured diner with the best views in the area serving rustic foods and drink from local sources, Billy Winters is a unique experience for all to enjoy.

The next phase seeks to encompass the upcycling ethos of the original diner by utilising shipping containers, reclaimed timbers and an interior like no other.
