With last years antics now in our rear view mirrors and Christmas out of the way its time start thinking about those projects we were all considering back in 2019.
Here at F + F Design we pride ourselves in providing a diverse service that allows our designers to be working on not only large scale projects but smaller more personal projects for private clients that are looking to create their dream home or forever home. This does not just mean those building new homes but those that want to renovate, up-cycle, extend or improve.
Over the years we have worked on many different homes and had the privilege in working closely with clients to create something special, a home that has the potential to change peoples lives for the better.
The internet is riddled with copious amounts of information regarding what can or can't be done from a Planning perspective for those works that may require additional floor space. We can provide a no obligation consultation whereby we can advise on the mine field of what is planning, what other statutory approvals you may require such as Building Control, we also work closely with Structural Engineers who will be able to assist through out the project and we have experience in finding the best Tradesman for the project. The level of our involvement in the project is down to each individual client, therefore you decide.
No project is either too large or too small.
