Brave Ground

We’re just over halfway through the year and it’s been plain to see that in 2021 the biggest paint colour and interior trend has definitely edged towards the good old motto “bringing the outside in”.

Natural, earthy, warm and muted, tones are reinforcing a connection to nature.

Having spent much more time at home recently than we would have previously, it seems that our head and our hearts are looking for safety, security, and comfort within the home which paint brands have adapted their palettes to.

The Dulux colour of the year 2021 is Brave Ground (first picture) “a bolstering shade that connects back to nature and the simple things. A warm, earthy tone, it creates a feeling of stability, growth and potential; and provides a firm foundation for change and creativity in your home.”
