We’ve recently received planning permission on this Mid 19th Century double fronted townhouse in Weymouth Town centre.
We have approval to make some minor exterior alterations and to also reinstate the original architectural features back into the conservation area. The properties use is currently retail space at ground floor level and storage at first floor with the second and third being redundant. By generating 5 flats, this will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the local area.
We’re really looking forward to witnessing this project take shape and laying our eyes on the finished product.
