Take a look through these pictures to see the process we went through in designing a 3 bed replica Victorian property in replacement of an existing garage.

The neighbouring properties boast original Victorian frontage bringing a historical context to the road which we hoped to extend and add to with the proposed property.

The plot previously consisted of a garage that was in poor condition and posed no use so was demolished and now homes the site for the new dwelling.

The new property takes a much similar form to that of its neighbours. This in turn creates a continuation of style to the streetscape with the rear however taking a much more contemporary approach, achieving an intriguing dual aspect building making the most of its southern facing facade. This has been attained by having staggered floors at multiple levels so that all main living space is housed on the southern side taking full advantage of both views and solar gain.
