North Quay

Over the past year we have been working in partnership with Avoca Property Group Ltd to produce our take on the North Quay site in Weymouth. Focus has been in formulating a project which is both viable and deliverable but also unlike many other schemes, creates a huge level of Public give back! To break things down the scheme includes a comfortable level of Residential Units along with Hospitality Units, Small Retail Units, Arts Centre, Sculptural Garden, Visitor Centre as well as retaining a high level of Public Car Parking. The design takes inspiration from the Historic parts of the Harbour whilst adding a flavour of Contemporary Architecture in to the mix to create a development that compliments and bookends Weymouth Town and Harbour-side.
